Farm Manager

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead our 500-hectare soya farming operation in Nyagatare. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all farm activities, managing a team of 50+ workers, ensuring optimal crop yields, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in soya cultivation and proven leadership skills.

• Plan and manage planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules
• Ensure compliance with agricultural standards
